PARABOLIC – Natural Anaerobic Geisha with extended tank duration. Cherries selected for this composition are very ripe and sourced from altitudes in excess of 1600 MASL from both Boquete Valley and Volcan. After tanking, cherries are placed on raised African beds where they are meticulously dried in excess of 25 days.
