NATURAL CATUAI – These cherries are sourced from a single farm, La Cerena, in Boquete Valley owned by Harold Sabin. This farm reaches altitudes of more than 1800 MASL. The cherries are placed on raised African bed system where the coffee is carefully monitored and dried for up to 25 days.
